• Fixed install_file/xdg_bds to ignore directory not accessible in creating file path, and added copy fallback if rename from Download fails on Android 11. There is still have a problem with accessing Download if compiled with API 30/Android 11.
• Added private debug log that won't be throttled by  Android 10/11, and added it to the View/Email log code.
